- Coordination of smooth, efficient and successful marketing and promotional campaigns coordinating the various departments (Artist & Repertoire, Release Planning, Marketing, Promotion, Sales and Distribution, Trade Marketing, Consumer Research, Business & Legal Affairs, Digital Sales, Digital Promotion).
- Budget Control in accordance with the client.
- Development of product presentations for media, sales & distribution. Result checking and regular performace reviews and reviews to the client.
